TiterMax®佐剂被用于增强免疫反应。TiterMax®佐剂有着跟弗氏佐剂相同的功效,但具有更安全、更易用的特点,是弗氏佐剂的理想代替产品。
TiterMax® adjuvants are used to produce cell mediated and humoral responses in research animals. TiterMax® adjuvants were developed to meet the specific needs of investigators for immunoadjuvants that are at least as effective as Freund's Complete Adjuvant, safer and easier to use. They are an attractive alternative to Freund's Complete Adjuvant for use by researchers in inducing antibody to diverse antigens. The key to the potency of TiterMax® adjuvants lies both in the immunostimulatory activity of their components and in the fact that they form a stable water-in-oil emulsion. TiterMax® adjuvants contain three essential ingredients: Proprietary block copolymers, squalene, a metabolizable oil, and a unique microparticulate stabilizer. Like Freund's Complete Adjuvant, TiterMax® adjuvants can be used with a wide variety of antigens because they can entrap any antigen in a water-in-oil emulsion. TiterMax® adjuvants aid in the antigens effective presentation to the immune system without the toxic effects of Freund's Complete Adjuvant.

The UC Davis/NIH NeuroMab Facility is a national monoclonal antibody-generating resource funded by the National Institutes of Health (NIH). The mission of the UC Davis/NIH NeuroMab Facility is to provide a unique neuroscience-based approach to generating mouse monoclonal antibodies optimized for use in mammalian brain (NeuroMabs). NeuroMabs are generated from mice immunized with synthetic and recombinant immunogens corresponding to components of the neuronal proteome as predicted from genomic and other large-scale cloning efforts. Comprehensive biochemical and immunohistochemical analyses of human, primate and non-primate mammalian brain are incorporated into the UC Davis/NIH NeuroMab Facility screening procedure. This yields a subset of mouse mAbs that are optimized for use in brain (i.e., NeuroMabs): for immunohistochemical- based imaging studies of protein localization in adult, developing and pathological brain samples, for biochemical analyses of subunit composition and post-translational modifications of native brain proteins, and for proteomic analyses of native brain protein networks.
